At Coventry Sport and Recreation Centre we have a substantial number of group exercise classes as part of our Active Life program. With a range of both instructor-led and virtual classes, we offer cardio and toning classes such as Active Pump, HIIT, Cycle, TRX, to dance fitness and flexibility programs such as Zumba and Yoga. We present something for everyone, for all levels and abilities.
Coventry University's library is situated in the Frederick Lanchester Building, and houses physical resources for the whole University. It is open 364 days a year, 24 hours a day - only closing for Christmas Day.
Rating from the Students.
Facilities, classrooms, lecture halls and student canteen (the hub) are very good and easily accessible. Teaching quality is fairly good but teaching hours are lacking meaning most because courses are being taught on a part-time basis.
